01 - 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

02 - 1 medium Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored, and sliced into 8 thin wedges
03 - 8 soft caramel candies, unwrapped

04 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
05 - 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 individual triangles.
03 - Place one apple wedge and one caramel candy at the wide end of each dough triangle.
04 - Roll up each triangle, fully enclosing apple and caramel, then arrange seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Brush each crescent bite generously with melted butter.
06 - In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over crescent bites.
07 - Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until crescents are golden brown and caramel is bubbling.
08 - Allow bites to cool for a few minutes before serving, as the caramel will be very hot.
