# Directions:
- Using a sharp knife or snowflake cookie cutter, cut snowflake patterns into 2 of the tortillas to serve as tops.
- Place remaining 2 whole tortillas on a clean work surface. Evenly distribute shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over each, maintaining a small border along the edges. Add optional fillings if desired.
- Cover each cheese-covered tortilla with a snowflake-cut tortilla to form the quesadillas.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until warm.
- Carefully transfer one assembled quesadilla to the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the bottom is golden and the cheese starts melting.
- Flip the quesadilla carefully and cook the opposite side for 2 to 3 minutes until golden and cheese is fully melted.
- Remove the cooked quesadilla and repeat the process with the second one.
- Allow them to cool slightly, then cut into wedges and serve with sour cream and salsa.
