03 - Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

05 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
06 - Punch down the risen dough, divide into 12 equal portions, and shape each into a 7-inch breadstick.
07 - Position breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet, leaving adequate space between each.
08 - In a small bowl, combine melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, onion, parsley, and salt.
