→ Espresso
01 - 2 shots (2 fl oz) freshly brewed espresso or strong coffee
→ Banana Bread Flavor Base
02 - 1 small ripe banana
03 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
04 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
05 - 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
06 - 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
07 - Pinch of salt
→ Milk
08 - 1 cup (8 fl oz) whole milk or plant-based milk (oat, almond, or soy)
→ Ice & Toppings
09 - 1 cup ice cubes
10 - Whipped cream, optional
11 - Pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg, for garnish
12 - Crushed walnuts, for topping (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Add banana, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, vanilla extract, salt, and milk into a blender. Process until smooth and homogenous.
02 - Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes.
03 - Divide the blended banana mixture evenly over the ice in both glasses.
04 - Pour one shot (1 fl oz) of espresso into each glass.
