→ Blue Ranch Dip
08 - 1 cup Greek yogurt
09 - 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
10 - 1–2 drops natural blue food coloring (optional)
→ Vegetables & Decoration
11 - 1 cup baby carrots
12 - 1 cup cucumber slices
13 - 1 cup celery sticks
14 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
15 - 1/2 cup purple cabbage, shredded
16 - 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, sliced
17 - 1/4 cup black olives, pitted
18 - 1 radish slice (for fish eye)
# Directions:
01 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, dill, chives, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix until smooth. Set aside.
02 - Whisk together Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning in a separate bowl. Add blue food coloring if desired and mix evenly.
03 - Spread the blue ranch dip into an oval shape on a large serving platter to resemble the fish body.
04 - Spoon the herbed dip at one end of the oval, shaping it slightly pointed to form the fish mouth.
05 - Fan out baby carrots at the opposite end to represent the fish tail.
06 - Layer cucumber slices and celery sticks over the blue dip to mimic scales.
07 - Place cherry tomato halves, yellow bell pepper strips, and shredded purple cabbage artistically to form fins and decorative highlights.
08 - Position a black olive with a radish slice to simulate the fish eye.
09 - Present immediately with extra vegetables on the side for dipping.
