01 - 1 ball pizza dough (about 250 g or 8.8 oz, store-bought or homemade)
→ Sauce
02 - 2/3 cup crème fraîche (about 150 g or 5.3 oz)
03 - 1 clove garlic, minced
04 - 1 teaspoon fresh dill, finely chopped
05 - 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste

08 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 200 g or 7 oz)
09 - 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced (about 80 g or 2.8 oz)
10 - 1 tablespoon red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, for garnish
# Directions:
01 - Set oven to 480°F (250°C) or maximum temperature. Place pizza stone in oven if using.
02 - On a lightly floured work surface, stretch or roll pizza dough into a 12-inch round. Place dough on parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine crème fraîche, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Stir until thoroughly blended.
04 - Spread the crème fraîche mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge.
05 - Distribute shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce.
06 - Layer sliced dill pickles and red onion (if using) over the cheese.
07 - Transfer to oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
08 - Remove from oven, garnish with fresh dill, slice, and serve immediately.
