# Directions:
01 - In a medium bowl, beat the softened butter with a hand mixer or stand mixer until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
02 - Add pumpkin purée, honey or maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, and fine sea salt to the bowl. Beat until smooth and well combined.
03 - Spoon the whipped pumpkin butter onto a clean serving board or platter. Using the back of a spoon or offset spatula, swirl the butter into decorative waves.
04 - Sprinkle pepitas, dried cranberries, chopped nuts, and flaky sea salt evenly over the butter. Drizzle with additional honey or maple syrup.
05 - Serve immediately with toasted bread, graham crackers, apple slices, or baguette rounds for dipping and spreading.
