02 - 3 tablespoons well-stirred tahini

05 - Pinch sea salt
→ Milk & Ice
06 - 1/2 cup plant-based milk such as almond, oat, or soy
07 - 1 cup ice cubes
# Directions:
01 - Whisk together tahini, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and sea salt in a small bowl or pitcher until smooth and fully emulsified.
02 - Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes, distributing the ice evenly.
03 - Pour the cold brew coffee evenly into each glass over the ice.
